21h CTD

To understand the fundamental methods of analysis by spectroscopy.

Reminder of energy levels of molecules.  Micro-wave spectroscopy (rotational spectrum). Infrared spectroscopy and interpretation of spectrum. UV-visible spectroscopy. Statistic methods in quantitative analysis. Atomic spectroscopy (flame absorption and emission and ICP). Samples preparation (extraction, mineralization…).

A written examination at mid-semester (1h).

A written examination at the end of the semester (1h30).
