The aim of this practical course is to apply notions seen in class. It consists in automating chemical production process while knowing the progressive stages of this automation. In these practical courses, the student learns how to identify the responses of the devices used in process engineering (sensor, motor, mixer, heater...), how to automate a reagents mixture without any human intervention, and how to estimate the progressive stabilization of a chemical reaction (distillation, ph stabilization,...). These practical courses aim at preparing the student in a concrete way to his future corporate life.

Each Lab is done in 3x2 hours, the student has all the tools to carry out the lab. The teacher help the students to read the software documentation,  and the realization of the Lab. The student has only to enjoy the power of automation to  run the chemical process without any human intervention.

Given during the class, to make the understanding of the devices used easier. The lesson's part which is needed for each practical course is also given.
