Introduction to nuclear magnetic resonance and to mass spectrometry.

·          Nuclear magnetic resonance: introduction, principle of NMR, 1H NMR: analysis of simple compounds, coupling phenomenon, analysis of complex spectrum, study of conformations in 6-link cycles.

·          Mass spectrometry: introduction, spectrometry by electronic impact and chemical ionization, study of the major chemical groups.

Written examination at the end of the semester (2h00).
